Refund policy

EP does accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must email or message the shop through email/Instagram within 5 days of receiving your order to schedule a return.

You are 100% responsible for shipping fees and returning your piece back in the same box you received it. To avoid damage to pieces, you must ship it in a hard box with additional packaging materials and not by flat rate paper or bubble mailers. Shipping must happen within 1-3 days after the return is discussed.

After the piece is delivered back and checked over, you will be credited a shop gift card with the same amount of money that the original piece cost before fees. We do not offer cash returns.
